MTL were experiencing supply and logistic
issues when they decided to look for another manufacturing supplier to manage their product

range. By ‘ticking all the boxes’ HBC successfully won the MTL business opportunity.

HBC project managed the transfer of all the existing tooling to their factory in Sheerness. They reduced their total costs initially by over £90K per annum and using continuous improvement techniques, continue to reduce costs by updating the product range and associated processes.
