Signature Industries is part of the Digital Angel Corporation in the USA, turning over £15m per annum. Through its subsidiary Clifford and Snell, the company sells alarms and beacons used in the oil and gas industries in specialist applications as well as Beacons for the British Army.

The manufacturing of their product range was spread over many suppliers and they needed to consolidate in order to revitalise their product

range and reduce their cost base. Signature
were looking for a high ‘value added’ service supplier who would proactively manage the
whole manufacturing process.

HBC was selected. They project managed the transfer of all existing tooling to the sheerness factory. A comprehensive assessment was undertaken and quality processes were put in place prior to manufacturing commencing.
