Order Handling & Processing:
Using our ERP system (SAP) our order management procedures ensure we have the appropriate balance of supply & demand to satisfy your requirements. The system includes procedures, which cover product quality, traceability & management accountability in accordance with our Quality Assurance approval ISO 9001 - 2000. A dedicated team that are situated within the heart of our manufacturing operation manages all this.
Stock Management:
Our Stock Management processes have been put in place to provide a 1st class service by giving you the customer what you want, when you want it at the lowest overall cost and with the minimum of inventory using systems such as Kan-Ban, vendor held stock etc.
Logistics:
Our supply chain process is managed using our ERP system and a combination of suitable logistics options, namely using our own transportation vehicles or use of a sub-contract logistics company.
